• GBR-Oss is a graft designed specifically for guided bone regeneration procedures. It incorporates 25% non-resorbable bone allograft (NRBA) which allows for long-term maintenance while the remaining 75% is composed of standard allograft. 50% of the graft is a standard 50/50 mix of cortico-cancelous bone and the remaining 25% is composed of DFDBA which allows for faster release of BMPs from within the graft while maintaining dimensional ridge stability owing to its 75% composition of mineralized bone.
• The advantages of this graft are 2 fold – a clinician no longer needs to buy standard allograft and mix it with standard low resorption xenografts. Because of the non-resorbable features of this patented technology, clinicians only need to buy 1 graft. Secondly, it contains 25% DFDBA which increases its osteoinductive ability compared to standard osteoconductive allografts
